Is It Safe for My Dog?
Our products are suitable for dogs of all breeds and sizes. For dogs with known food sensitivities or allergies, we recommend consulting your vet before introducing new treats. Products suitable for puppies are clearly marked on the product page.
Orders & Shipping
Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Delivery across Turkey takes 2-4 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is shipped. Free shipping on orders over 500 TL.
Returns & Refunds
Unopened and unused items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Food products are excluded from returns for hygiene reasons. To start a return, please reach us via our contact page.
